Training Philosophy: I believe in a holistic approach to fitness. All aspects are important, strength training, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and nutrition. In my workouts I try to incorporate new and fresh techniques that hit all different aspects of fitness. I will use circuit training, HIIT, power lifting, cardio conditioning, and fun team challenges to keep you body constantly adapting. I also believe in the power of the mind body connection so If you believe you can change and grow you will. I have also have been practicing yoga for about five years so I incorporate some power poses and stretching into my routines. I can work with all types of clients different ages, sizes, fitness levels and make appropriate adaptations to meet their goals/needs. Health and fitness is a passion of mine and I want to instill that passion in my clients to help them change their bodies and lives!

Randy Shawn Lockwood
Randy has been in the health and fitness industry majority of his life. Since age five, Randy spent most of his time in a chiropractic office where his mother worked. He became a natural. He learned the philosophy of chiropractic’s, anatomy, and kinesiology.
This is where Randy' s love for helping people to change their life began. The more he studied and learned, the more excited he became to start his career.
By the age of 18, Randy became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As Randy continued to progress with his learning, it opened new doors to various other avenues.
He obtained a degree in massage therapy as well as obtaining certifications in corrective exercise specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialization, Fitness Nutrition Specialization. His studies and experience are helping people through personal training has become his passion in life. As a personal trainer, Randy continues to help people reach and surpass their fitness goals and much more.

Born and raised in Greenport, Long Island I grew up loving sports being active. I went on to get a B.S. in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland and recently completed a Masters Degree in Physical Education K-12 at Manhattanville College. I am Personal Trainer certified by American Council on Exercise (ACE) an have also completed their Fitness Nutrition Specialist program.
I really enjoy cooking, especially healthy meals that taste great and give you plenty of nutrition. Music is also huge influence in my life whether it is listening to it during a workout, cleaning my apartment, driving to work or prepping meals for the week. I also really like listening to podcasts like Mind Pump Radio, The Joe Rogan Experience, Freakanomics and many more.
